Metals Division
Located 30 miles from our Headquarters in Rogers, AR, our 40,000 square foot metals shop houses a variety of machining and fabrication equipment. We offer our customers sheet metal, machining, turning, inserting, and welding services. Whether it’s metal or plastic, our team has the experience, and skill, to fabricate a variety of high quality parts for our customers and are always eager for the next challenge that comes our way.
Milling
Equipped with up to 4 axis capabilities, we have a wide variety of mills that allow us to perform all different sized parts. We have recently purchased 2 new mills that have the most up-to-date technology on spindle probes and tool set probes, which can drastically increase our production, and in turn, offer our customers potential cost savings. With the addition of this new machinery, we have open capacity to produce low or high volume production orders and would love the opportunity to offer some cost savings and/or lead time reductions for you current, or future, parts.

Turning
From large 18 inch diameter requirements, to small high volume components, our turning department has the capabilities to fulfill your needs. For parts that may require additional milling operations, we have live tooling and sub spindles on our equipment that allows us to save on set up and tool change time and perform complex parts. Like our mills, our lathes have the ability to perform both plastic and metal components and we have the capacity to handle both small and large production orders.

Sheet Metal Fabrication
Whether your team has simple or intricate parts, we are here to help with your sheet metal needs. Within our sheet metal fabrication department, we utilize a variety of machines like Trumpf punches and press brakes, along with inserters and welders, in order to supply our customers with high quality sheet metal components. We have over 30 years of sheet metal experience and are up for any new challenge thrown our way.
